The Biletnikoff Foundation established Tracey's Place of Hope in conjuntion with the Women's Recovery Association
(WRA). Tracey's Place of Hope is a six-bedroom house for adolescent girls ages 14-17 which opened in January 2000.
There is 24-hour supervision with scheduled activities and group sessions onsite and at the Counseling Center. Girls
attend school as well as receiving onsite tutoring. The program is targeted at girls who are low-income, homeless, or at
risk of homelessness, with a history of substance abuse related problems as well as other mental health issues.
